Message: From the moment I picked up the phone to make the appointment till the time I left the building after my MRI I was met with nothing but wonderful, friendly people and terrific service. I originally scheduled the procure with the hospital and called BASHA on recommendation from my doctor as the wait at the hospital was almost 10 days. BASHA was faster, friendlier and the overall experience was just great. And when I called for results, Zemira was SO nice. In a world that seems to have given up on customer service, BASHA stands above the crowd and reminds me of bygone days when medical facilities treated people like people and not a number. Message: My experience at basha was great. They got me checked in and back quickly. The ct tech was very kind and understanding of my anxiety. Unfortunately I had a strong painful reaction when I got home from the barium drink. Immediately called basha and they sent me straight through to Dr. Basha. He quickly changed my ct order to stat and called me quickly with an update on the results. Even though my experience was painful after, they really made sure to call me quickly and check in and offer advice. Very kind and very helpful.

Message: Been coming to Basha for years& today had to bring my 13yr old son for a CT. The staff& technicians are all very kind and professional. They made him feel extremely comfortable, as he was a bit nervous. We both had exams done today and was in/out within a hour. Would never go anywhere else! Basha Diagnostics is truly one of the best facilities I’ve ever stepped foot in. Thank you!
